Neither biting cold nor 16-inches of snow could prevent two dozen technique-hungry skaters from convening to skate the upper concourse of the HHH Metrodome during the Eddy Matzger "Access to Speed" Workshop, March 12-14, 1999, in Minneapolis, MN.

Workshop partcipants came to sharpen their skills and got that and much more. Not only were they made to re-tool much of their body kinetic, they were became fresh converts to cool new product. Sponsors generously kicked in goodies on a grand scale.

TWINCAM bearings, Explore wheels, Transware sunglasses, Wigwam socks, and Power Bars all helped skaters acheive new heights. Skaters finished the weekend tired but fired up by the combination of hands-on teaching and complementary product up the wazoo!
