Meet Udagawa-san, the big boss of the Chiba Rollerskating Federation. At the welcome party the night before the workshop I was requested to go around the room and ask everybody a question so that they could practice their English. My question to Udagawa was "What is your favorite brand of beer?" Without the slightest hesitation his reply was an enthusiastic: "Asahi extra-dry!!!"
