This Tim was a technical phenom, an encyclopedic example of how skating should be done in its most ideal case. Tim skated low, pushed with his heels, kept his focus up, and always snapped his legs straight to finish his pushes. Sometimes Tim Heacox went wide on the turns and had to hop the curb. That's where Bob the bumper came in . . .
