Want to skate and get leied? If you'd have come to a workshop in Hawaii, you'd have experienced the aloha spirit like never before!

Hawaiians have naturally loose hips, which help them harness gravity to the fullest for increased power and pushing effectiveness. They were able to mainline the visuals of classic skating into their muscular memory with drills that got them shaking their tails with glee.

Five skaters made the journey from the mainland and were rewarded with rainbows aplenty, without a single drop on the seemingly nonstop skating parade. The pot of gold was for every skater who exposed herself to the wealth of fitness and well-being at the end of every training session.
