Surely, Detroit is one of the best kept secrets in the skating world, especially when the Eddy Matzger Workshop runs the production line in a downtown devoid of automobiles and manages to produce consistently better skaters in less than three days!

"I should have taken your workshop a long time ago", related one participant. After having it all broken down and seeing what needs work, I feel like I've wasted the last 10 years!" Skaters from afar were impressed with the exceptional expanse of quality pavement in the heart of Detroit and the congenial attitude of motorists, residents, and local establishments towards skaters.

After a hard day's work on the assembly line, skaters had a chance to put it all together smoothly and spit-shine their final product for video recording. They all saw themselves in action later that evening at Zie's restaurant, where even non-skating patrons were entertained and awed at the action from a day's worth of work with the skate gang guru.

TWINCAM, Wigwam, Transpack, Walter, Yvonne, Bobward, and Mike all teamed up to make the whole weekend a seamless fun time. Thanks!
