Frenchman Raymond Verdaguer was commisioned by the Lincoln Center in New York City to produce an image to promote the Summer Dance Series. This image of two dancing skaters inspired another piece that was made into banners and flags, t-shirts and flyers, and spread widely throughout New York City.
