Jim Heckard picked up this skate when I asked him to choose his favorite out of the 1999 line of Salomon skates. He'd of been crazy to choose any other skate than this citizen racer. Jim's also doing a great job hawking Explore wheels and is going to be hot in the hunt for title of commission king.
