What an expanse of ice to skate! In full view of the Ferris wheel (I was once taught hydrology by a professor whose grandfather invented the ferris wheel), skaters navigated around islands and under bridges at the Fujikyu amusement park's outdoor rink. I was a little kid again when I saw this. What a dreamy wonderland! I could have stayed here all day every day for the longest time.
