 A select group of Salomon dealers, designers, media, and marketing professionals assembled for an adventure challenge of their own during the Salomon X-Adventure race, July 22-23, 2000, in the rareified air of Aspen, CO. Their mission was perhaps tougher than that of the adventure racers themselves. Everybody's endurance was severely tested as they were wined and dined by Salomon while also taking part in many the same activities as the X-Adventure competitors. If it wasn't a cross-country scramble, it was inline skating, mountain biking, or kayaking, oftentimes on the same course as the bigtime athletes themselves. The Salomon crew proved themselves to be a hardy lot for two full days of fun in an alpine wonderland. News Home |
